SHE WINs started in 2023 with the simple idea that there should be more spaces where women feel comfortable asking questions, learning new skills, and supporting each other. What began with a focus on women in tech has grown into a broader community shaped by the women who show up. We host free, monthly events that are open, practical, and welcoming. Our gatherings are about learning something useful, having honest conversations, and leaving with new connections. We believe that when women share knowledge, time, and openness, everyone benefits individually and as a group.
